Camlock fitting to allow hose connector - threaded Type C - male spigot (pump end usually)

This dual pump plumbing kit is used to connect higher specification pump combinations or other hydraulic requirements to a single manifold for pressurised outlet pipe discharge of sewer or wastewater. Each pump has a dedicated rising main configuration including a refuux valve that will stop water in the outlet pipe surging back into the tank when the pumps change operating configuration.  The configuration is designed for access to individual pumps in challenging operating situations (often necessary) including having an isolating backflow interupt ball valve allowing for maintenance of the internal configuration.  This also allow the system to continue to perform its operations as a short term but restricted measure.

Effulent level control is achieved using a series of floating switches or where smart technology is utilised a transducer level sensor provides for optional LED managed PC or remote cut-in settings and overflow alarm of response provisions. This kit includes atachment components for either approach if specified in the order.

This hose kit assembly is normally connected to a submersible pump outlet fitted with a type F camlock connector.  The hose kit assembly with male and female combination camlock connectors allows multiple extension hose kits for unlimited drainage hoses to control the wastewater over a longer distance to the safe discharge point.

The assembly hose kit uses medium density PVC layflat hose with quality camlock fitting clamped to the hose for fast and secure connection.

Ecov DN150 threaded tank adapter for DWV SW pipe and fittings.  The adapter incorporates a tool connect fitting design and includes one standard screw-cap flat washer and a 10 mm round x 158 mm diameter rubber O'ring for secondary sealing.
