SPARKLE round access cover - collar bars cover with keylock assembly

This collar assembly attaches to the top of the STORM_save or can be used as a stand-alone lockable access frame where a secure access trafficable lid is required. When used in an appropriate manner this collar assembly is a secure,light duty trafficable cover to underground assets The collar assembly includes the safety bars that also prevent accidental entry into the sieve chamber, or below, in the event that the cover is damaged or removed.
