Packaged SPARKLE Pump Station - low pressure sewer all-terrain

The low pressurre sewage pump station (LPSPS) is a purpose designed low-pressure positive displacement pump and tank assembly used predominately in low lying new housing estates where gravity sewers are impractical or expensive infrastructure.

This fully configured single pump package quickly installs for domestic community sewage networks with intelligent control. This package can be installed simply by using 1200 mm auger drill excavation and placement down to 1.5 M - 1.8 M depth, dependent on the tank option selected. The assembly is suitable for common sewage and industrial strength applications.

The inlet for this tank is to the base of the tank with a DN150 DWV inlet that can be reduced to DN100 DWV pipe and fittings in a vertical main stack connection, for bolted trap screw surface level access. A fully adjustable external to tank inlet stack can be utilised for single or multiple pipe interconnections from various drainage points and gradients.  This flexibility allows installation of drainage for new or retro-fit applications regardless of the ground cover.  The package can be optioned for multiple pumps as well as frost climate locations at additional cost. The package is managed using smart controls and wireless remote monitoring.
