Short Description

This orifice outlet allows captured stormwater to be released into the public drainage system once a storm event has passed. The orifice can also be configured to provide stormwater infiltaion and to prevent tank flotation in saturated ground. 48 mm is common for on-site retention systems

Detailed Description

This orifice outlet is designed to provide a controlled release of water that has been captured in a Gross Pollutant Trap or a Stormwater Detention tank. The stored water is slowly released into the public drainage system once a storm event has passed. The orifice can also be configured to provide stormwater infiltaion and to prevent tank flotation in saturated ground.
