Short Description

This controller can be used in various industrial and domestic applications where control of a single pump is required.

Display panel operation can monitor in-tank water levels and manage pump operations with well displayed function switches that provide automatic calibration to set the pump operational configuration by means of push buttons. The controller is user friendly with LCD display(s) to view pump settings, identifying operations issues, giving live data with historical data retention. An accompanied remote secondary panel provides the same functional operation that has an RS485 communication interface for easy integration into your Building Management System.

The controller enclosure has an ingress protection rating IP54 with an intelligent LCD display panel to view pump running information. It is suitable for installation both indoors and outdoors.a

Detailed Description

A SPARKLE pump package is configured with an intelligent controller suitable for installation in various industrial and domestic applications with a single submersible sewage or wastewater pump. Settings for drainage, pressure boosting and transfer applications are easily accomplished with a LCD interface including function switches.

The controller is user friendly and has many features for managing the configuration of the pump(s) under control including reporting of operational performance with live data with historical data retention. Control of your pump is also possible from a slave controller which is included in the system package. The controller is supplied with an RS485 communication interface for easy integration into your Building Management System.

The controller enclosure has an ingress protection rating IP54 with an intelligent LCD display panel to view pump running information. It is suitable for installation both indoors and outdoors. An enclosure with an external door is available as an optional extra chargable product item.
