Short Description

The robust Eco-vault in-ground tank is the most versitile device on the market, yet lowest cost device with lowest level excavation depths to volume relationship. The Ecovaiult range is easily man-handled or using the excavator on-siteIf greater depth is required the Ecovault range can be installed to 4.2M depth in most cases or enhanced engineered specification can be optionally met on request.

Backfill is achieved using 10mm recycled concrete or blue metal or can be used as form for casting (with suitable engineering detail) concrete in deep or structural excavations according to installation instructions provided.  Timely transport can be achieved using a 1 tonne utility or trailer.

The Ecovault range of tanks are ideal for in-ground applications as inert and with smooth interior walls including: pump stations, all terrain pressure sewage systems, configured retention / detention or storage of stormwater and rainwater. These tanks are also designed for treatment systems and other industrial strength applications.

The strength of the Ecovault range is optimised and verified through FEA engineering analysis, meeting or exceeding the requirements of AS/NZS 1546 for inground tank standards and beyond round or flat-bottom tanks primarily designed for ease of manufacture tooling that often fail in their installations and are not readily configurable.

Ecovault range of inground tanks are an advanced high performance device that saves costs, time and safety challenges with long lifecycle design.  A total value and performance standard in in-inground drainage and  water resource management. (see full description in next tag)

Detailed Description

The robust Eco-vault in-ground tank is the most versitile device on the market, yet lowest cost device with lowest level excavation depths to volume relationship. The Ecovaiult range is easily man-handled or using the excavator on-siteIf greater depth is required the Ecovault range can be installed to 4.2M depth in most cases or can be optimally manuifactured for added strength on request.  The Ecovault range can use risers instead of needing larger capacity tanks at high cost from heavy engineering concrete or FRP and larger plant to achieve the project task to service the drainage needs.  Backfill is achieved using 10mm recycled concrete or blue metal or can be used as form for casting (with suitable engineering detail) concrete in deep or structural excavations

The Ecovault range of tanks are ideal for in-ground applications as inert and with smooth interior walls including: pump stations, pressure sewage network all terrain sewers, septic collection wells, configured retention / detention or storage of stormwater and rainwater. These tanks are also designed for treatment systems and other industrial strength applications.

The Ecovault range of tanks are also versitile to various configurations including :- key lock lid for Class A servicable (safety lifting limit) capable of 6.7Kn loading  (12.4Kgs)  and robust strength 10Kn (16.4Kg) with a factor of safety exceeding 2 times and maximum deflection of 4mm over the overall size of the access cover.

All Ecovault tanks regardless of the combination, sizing or installed elevations are easily interconnectable throiugh DN150, DN100 DWV pipe connection and/or flexible DN50 connectors as a minimum up to DN600 ribbed PE pipe for safety and performance.  The installers do not need to enter deep excavations or handle heavy concrete pits and pipes.  Cranes and heavy plant are no longer needed that significantly reduce the cost of implementation that is achieve in hours rather than days or weeks to undertake the project even in wet weather when the project needs to be securred from damage.  Ecovault tanks are unique in being able to be installed in high water table installations and corrosive or properly engineered reactive clay installations.  Transport is easily achieved with a small utility under 1 tonne load or trailer for any size Ecovault tank so there is no delay awaiting heavy transport and cranes to even unload.  Access restrictions are easily overcome like rolling the tanks or floating tanks into inaccessible locations like canal developments, steep hillsides, remote sewage installations or off-shore sites.

Another functional feature of the Ecovault range is the available 4 individual bottom DN150 inlets that will connect to gravitational drainage from any direction, gradient and invert level, avoiding cutting into the tank and having insecure sealing of the tank for sewage and wastewater. The bottom inlet has a secure sealing system and allows for a rising main inspection access to any finished ground level avoiding the need to enter confined space or dealing with surcharging overflows from the drainage system.  A keylock lid avoids safety issues of flood or unauthorised / child access.

The Ecovault range has optional accessories including gatic and grate access covers, keylock PE lightwieight servicable and ultimaite standard for access covers, risers or valve box that directly connect to any of the Ecovault tanks in the range using a common access cover, ladder anchor points, sensor mounting, diversion low-velocity Tee, sub-floor and some select filtration housings and duckbill anchor points as available configuration options.
