Drainage pumps

Drainage pumps

Drainage pumps are principally used for dewatering a site, emptying a a seepage pit, or moving water from one level to another.

Drainage pumps are not pressure pumps and require an open ended pipe to deliver the water they are transferring. Drainage pumps often have a float switch of some kind for automatic operation to start the pump and to stop the pump when there is no water remaining.

These pumps are an important product in pump-station operations and are selected based on their performance and power supply available.
